Stainless steel has an extremely high resistance to corrosion due to its substantial chromium content (above 10.5%). This resistance to corrosion is due to a sort of naturally-occurring 'surface treatment' (as it were) that is inherent to the steel. An ultra thin chromium-rich oxide film offers very efficient anti-corrosive properties.
Since MARCH 2026 they're manufactured in Stainless Steel SUS304 with MultiSlots to allow multiposition for your awning or accesories attached.
