Our brackets are suitable even for hightop vans that are often too tall to accommodate normal gutter-mount racks as they're extra tall "high-clearance" gutter roof racks that extend up high enough to clear the roof allowing you a different set-up out of season.

Except prices for an order that have been already accepted by Ozroofracks, all our product prices are subject to change without any other notice and are not guaranteed, as they're impacted by supply and demand issues.

All our shipments require signature upon delivery. The customer is responsible to provide a SAFE PLACE for deliveries. Proof of postage, signature (+$2.95) on delivery and extra cover for the order value are automatically required since 1/Oct/2023.
Local Carriers AUPost, FastCourier and Shippit. 1-8 business days transit time.
International Carrier AUPost Standard International Parcel (max.20kgs), TransDirect and DHL. 6 to 27 business days transit time.
Taxes on shipping rates will be included in the shipping price.
Bulky items require special delivery conditions as FastCourier T&C : "Call On Approach" is not provided so customer has the responsibility to cover fees/charges on additional expenses like fuel and time for the second attempt.
Afterpay Payment Option
The Afterpay processing fee is 6% + $30 (excluding GST) per Afterpay order across all products that accept it via our Square gateway.

Proof of Identity
Ozroofracks reserves the right to ask for a proof of identity, for Click & Collect orders bring an ID like driving license, passport, Photo ID. The ID must have the same first and surname as that used to make the order. For replacements, claims, returns and refunds a valid proof of identity will be always required.
Installations
We only install Ozroofracks products without an exception. Our installation fee is $65/h and requires to book an appointment ahead.
Return policy
Any return must be approved by the Company (without exception).
Products must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
Returns accepted till 30 days from date on your purchase receipt.
Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.
Customer provides return shipping in any case.

Gutter to awning distance around 320mm. On the high slots model the slots are 215mm from the top of the bottom plate. Recommended for vans like Hiace Welcab with side panoramic windows cause the awning will sit over them.
Gutter to awning distance around 120mm. On the low slots model the slots are 40mm from the top of the bottom plate so, for example, your awning will sit lower. Recommended for a bus so the awning is more reachable. On stock wheels allows some awning tents installation.
Our OZ41 & OZ44 multislots brackets bring together the high and low slots versions of our bestseller OZ44.
