Your business will get a proportional discount based on last 12 months total amount spend starting with a 10% discount on selected products below our RPP Online (all our product prices are subject to change without any other notice and are not guaranteed, as they're impacted by supply and demand issues).

TIERS

Discounts are automatically calculated based on your total paid purchases through Ozroofracks and are updated as your account grows. Freight is additional and will be calculated based on the order quantity, destination country, and shipping rates available at the time of order. Global Distributor orders may be shipped by sea freight, air freight, or courier depending on volume and delivery requirements. For reference, bulk production usually takes 28-35 days + 20 days sea freight.

• Orders available Worldwide are subject to Ozroofracks review upon receiving your business information
• Offer for partners are non-cumulative and only valid when applied before any payment.
• Shipment is not include on any option. We have business accounts with DHL, Packlink, Fast Courier, AUPost and Sendle. The "quick quote" form on the footer of the website is super accurate with freight costs. Check Shipping & Return Policies for more information.
• Partners are welcome to use our logo and the graphic material available on our website.
• Ozroofracks brand name can´t be used by the Partner on domain/s, social network profile/s, marketplace/s account/s as can induce to error to the final customer. Any use without express consent is not allowed by the brand.
• We can organize orders direct to customer for AU Local Market (containing no invoice) or your courier can pick up from Warehouse 73 Cadonia Rd, Tuggerawong NSW 2259 Australia once we've notified your package is ready. For International Market, we will always send first the package to the Partner Business so they can arrange the paperwork.
• Package details as per website: weight vary due to number of brackets/set, but box and labelling does not change (60x30x20cm).
• Ozroofracks invoice your business as Partner and you can invoice your customers
• The order leaves the Warehouse after payment clearence, no credit options are available.
• Processing time for 98% of the orders is 24h. 
• All the stock is in Australia.
• All the warranties and conditions on any Partner Order applies as any Customer Order.

Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy

To protect the Ozroofracks brand, maintain a fair reseller network, and ensure consistent customer service standards, approved resellers, distributors, and global distributors must not advertise or publicly offer Ozroofracks products within Australia below the current advertised retail price published on https://www.ozroofracks.com.au/ without prior written approval from Ozroofracks. This policy applies to websites, online marketplaces, social media advertisements, printed promotions, and other public marketing channels. Resellers may provide package deals, installation services, or promotional offers provided the advertised product price itself does not fall below the current Ozroofracks retail price. Ozroofracks reserves the right to suspend reseller discounts, distributor benefits, or reseller status for repeated breaches of this policy.

This policy does not prevent resellers from offering installation services, fleet pricing, trade packages, or confidential quotations to individual customers.
